I chose standard shipping 'cause I figured it would arrive by then, but I didn't anticipate whether you'd have it available or would have to get it made -____-''. i live in minnesota and i got my pipe in a little over a week... but she was off on personally business during this time.. my guess is you could possibly get it by then since cali is so close to where she ships from
I ordered a piece on June 02. and I still haven't received it. I am going to give her a call today and I've ordered before from here and it only took about 4 days. UPDATE: It's june 12 and I just checked my email. and it says that my order has been cancelled, and I didnt cancel it. I tried calling but no answer. I wonder what's going on ?
Eesh, I'm sorry! I hope she gets back to you soon! I read a lot of mixed reviews from past threads, so I was a bit skeptical of ordering. Still, she got back to a lot of people and straightened out their orders. Hope we get our orders!
I ordered a Mini Zong and some Screens from CPG on Sunday, July 19th. I used priority shipping (2-3 days). July 21st i recived a email stating the "water pipe" was shipped. and i was charged that same day. 3 days later i received my package, via USPS and everything was nice. Bubble Wrapped my "Water Pipe", nice and safe. The brown box it came in did not look like it came from this kinda site. It looks like you ordered from a skateboard site, that's what i said. Everything went smooth with my order. What i suggest is you give your order time, and pick the quickest shipping method, like i said i picked priority shipping (2-3 days), and it only costed me 8 bucks extra. That's Awesome... Thank You CPG i will be back in the future.
yeah i ordered the same pink elephant and a bubbler from their other site on july 22 and got an email the next day saying they were out of both. I think thats straight retarded it said it was in stock and would ship the next day so I paid for it. Since then I have tried to change my order and have gotten absolutely no response. Now I just want to cancel my order completely and get my money back. Northwest glass pipe, northwest glass art, and chunky glass pipe are all just scammers, to me at least.
I made an order on Dec. 18th 2009 for christmas and it is now jan. 6th 2010. I have tried to reach them many times through email and phone. No one at the company has ever answerd the phone and the phone message box is always full so unable to leave messages. I got through once and left a detailed message and no return call! I emailed last fri. letting them know whats going on, i gave them 3 business days to get back to me or else i will be forced to contact yahoo and B.B.B. This place obviously does NOT know how to run a business sufficently. I would just stay clear of places like this.
I wish I had seen this thread before I placed an order. I guess now I just have to hope that my slide actually gets here. They won't even answer my emails.
Chunky glass has a reputation of cancelling your order for those reasons, but not issuing a refund. I'm pretty sure it's safe to say they just steal some money, and put out other orders to seem legit.
