It's been ok until now. I'm really bored from insomnia and it's making me want to grab a cig. Any tips please?

    Man up and just quit.

I quit almost a month ago, no biggy.

I do plan to pick the habit back up at some point though.

Manning up would require I get a different set of genitals I think. I take your point though. I'll woman up and get on with it I guess.

Actually, that's not a bad idea. I've got some somewhere from my last long flights.

I quit a year and a half ago and found citrus helped with cravings. I would often take a shot of pure lemon juice to help -- I don't know if it's worked for anybody else.

Don't use the patch or any of that crap.

    That's just prolonging the addiction.

Do it cold turkey, get through the first couple of days, and then you'll be fine if you're a strong person.

aw crap i seriously want to quit. unfortunatley i have no self control.

i think i will just get ahold of some morphine, sleep for a week, and when i wake up i wont be addicted any longer!

Thread doesnt count till you've made it at least a week.

I've given up about a dozen times now
