hmmmmmmm Nutella.. omg so good.. better not have any in my house or the entire thing will be gone by tomorrow..
Well then, that's surprising. I think anything that comes out of a can is almost always gross as hell, especially fruit. Penny, eat cheese and crackers with sliced strawberries very thin. Cracker, cheese, strawberry. Is most delicious when meunster cheese is used and wasa bread crackers. :cheers2:
Well, some canned sardines can also be good (not the ones you buy at Walmart). Hell, even some good canned olives are ok. Canned peas are edible, so is canned corn. Canned ****** sausage is alright if cooked. Canned lima beans are pretty decent, so are canned garbanzo beans. Hell, even canned kidney beans and canned marinated onions.
Haven't had any of those. I gave up canned food when I was like 10 and the can of soup I opened literally had gloopy shit floating around in it that my dad said would dissolve after heating it up. But yeah I'm sure I eat things all of the time that have canned ingredients in them. (Canned crushed tomatoes, canned chicken stock, etc etc etc.)
I think I've advertised this snack before here but I get two tortillas, put a slice of provolone on each, and melt them in the toaster oven. Then I put a pickle spear and romaine lettuce in... it's gaddamn amazing.
Well, it's not something you'd want to really eat that often, even though canned peas and corn are things everyone eats. You should still keep cans stored around your house in anticipation for the race war.
eww noodles and chocolate.. that sounds really gross.. although.. I would try fried noodles with chocolate, I think.. you know the hard, chinese restaurant kind? I'm debating between a plate of tabbouleh and something with French bread.. not sure what yet.. but I know now I want something salty not sweet..
cause I don't have any money to go to a tapas bar - and don't feel like going out anyways. Look what I got: whole grains toast with butter, 4 pieces with red caviar immitation (from Scandinavia - cheap but very good), 2 pieces with butter and pistachios - never tried that but it sounds interesting - and 2 pieces with butter and jelly.. some purple jelly, not grape.. and a little tabouleh my dad made with fruits and veggies and mint from the garden.
I'm almost done with all of it and I have to say that the whole grains bread, toasted, with butter, and pistachios on top.. as weird as it sounds.. it AMAZING
That does look pretty damn yummy. Almost inspires me to get off my lazy ass and make myself some dinner.
No not noodles, Pasta! Try it sometime it works. Al dente with chocolate and salt and ground pepper with bits of chilli and orange peel in it.
