    The point was that there is no factual basis behind why they can not

    I seriously don't care. Marriage is just a piece of paper.. and for some people, a symbol of love.. well then.. why couldn't a homosexual couple have the same legal rights and the right to celebrate their love as a hetero couple?? religion, religion, religion, and stupid religion again.
