Has anyone used this for anything? Is it safe to make into a tea or is it just a poultice-type thing? I saw a little packet of dried plantain leaves as well as other dried plants and herbs at a Mennonite store today. There was a bottle of vegetable glycerin next to it. I read the bottle and it said that you were supposed to put herbs in the glycerin to make tinctures... Do you drink those? Haha, I'm so lost... I probably should have asked, but I had a lot going on at the time and didn't think to.
The little packet did say that it had a LOT of health benefits, specifically first-aid for stopping bleeding and the like. Nothing about consumption, though...
