Damn, i cant just pick on it just depends on the mood i guess. Ripple, Sugaree, Dire Wolf, theres just way to many to even try to pick...

There's so many good one's to chose from, but if I had to pick my favorite studio songs would be Dire Wolf and Friend Of The Devil. My favorite songs to hear live would be St. Stephen, Scarlet Begonias, Terrapin Station, Turn On Your Lovelight, Good Lovin', The Eleven.... I could go on for days here.
