You know, I wondered that to. What flavors do they come in?

 

I am pretty sure most are made to have a raspberry flavor. From what I remember, that was the only flavor I ever came across. And they are not 600mg, they are 600mcg and I believe that is per hour, not sure though. And they are fentanyl suckers, not morphine.
