Something of a Commune. I'm looking for some sort of peaceful community of people who live in tents/ tee pee's, and don't worry about electricity. Bathing could take place at the local YMCA, or the nearby lake on the communities property. everyone grows there own food, and the ones who do eat meat there, kill there own food as well. almost like an Indian Reservation. but open to anyone, regardless of race. Anyone ever heard of antyhing liek this? I had something explained to me, but
if your looking for a primitive commune such as you described, the internet is probably not the best place to find one. they will be tucked away far from any internet cables. they are out there for sure, your just gonna have to wait till it comes to you. but i just want to add that almost no indian reservations are like that.
interesting that you make this post because i've been thinking a lot about this lately... you could always meet people who are "hippies" (at festivals etc) and try to get this going on your own, somewhere off away from cities and crowds. but if you're looking to join one that exists already, i couldn't point you in the right direction unfortunately... i'm in the same place you are.
