do you do something that involves exercise? Or lose yourself in work? Or crank up the music and dance? What do you do? What works for you?
Wonderful. If its been a while since ive dosed, ill use ketamine to relieve stress or help with anxiety. But i dont use all the time so when im staying sober i like to go sit somewhere quiet and smoke a cigar
I exercise, I do intensive reorganizing around the house, or really deep cleaning. I also do a LOT of dancing/singing, immerse myself in movement and music.
I fire spin. hard. until the natural adrenaline kicks in. and I drink London Fogs (streamed milk/earl grey/ vanilla) or Avocado Bubble Tea, or Iced Coffee, or beer... These things are pretty much instant mood enhancers
I meditate. Sometimes while sitting, sometimes while walking. I focus on my breathing, and watch my mind do what it does.
