I love all of those little kid Milton Bradley games. Ants in the Pants, Barrel of Monkeys, Cootie, Don't Spill the Beans, Don't Break the Ice, Hi Ho Cherry-o, Hungry Hungry Hippos, GaterGolf, and fuckin' Guess Who. I loooove those games. Fuck, I almost forgot the Crocodile Dentist game...that one's my favorite of all time!
Anyone remember Trespass? It was a bit like Connect 4 in that it was a vertical board, but the object of the game was either you or you opponent played the top, where you had to move down squares to get to the bottom, and the bottom had to move up in some way to stop you. I was quite a strategic game, and i totally sussed it. I never lost a game ever, not whatever what end I was playing. But all the other kids didn't want to play me as a result. I was the master of that game at my school there is no doubt. I tried googling it but I can't find it (yet)
I just had a flick through this little book, and it's 57 pages long. each page is several paragraphs long, that's what it takes to explain the rules to Bridge. It's really dated 1963 and in mint condition. I'm really chuffed about finding this actually the other day. I don't think I would sell it for anything less than £5,000 I think.
My brother and my Ma's Boyfriend had a game of risk going for a few months. They played about an hour or two a night.
One game for a few months? Are they mentally retarded? All in all, Risk isn't a game for two players.
That's a god damn waterpipe table! Or a bong just after a 1 ton weight was dropped onto it. Dinner for deep space Italian austronauts?
Hellz yea! Don't Break The Ice was one of my ultimate faves... Battle Ship and Clue too. Make me want to play, sucks we can't all go somewhere and play together online. Monopoly is my all time fav. some claim to cheat at rolling the dice, I feel it's just incredible luck, but to each their own. In most setting I do win.
i've played thousands of games of rummikubes.i never got good at it but it is fun...rage is a bidding card game that's good at parties....military strategy games risk and stratego are pretty good.there's games i've seen at game stores that are based on real battles and wars that seem interesting but i've never played one....i've had a couple baseball strategy games.the last one i had was for the 86 mlb season.that kept me busy for awhile.it can be played by two or solitaire by just managing both teams.the game board got ruined because i spit too much tobacco out on it.
