No no no, You've got it all wrong ! listening to Elvis makes you dance and rotate your hips a provocative manner listening to the Rolling Stones turns you into a Satan worshiper listening to the Grateful Dead makes you take LSD.
pink floyd def... I heard "Gimme Shelter" by Rolling Stones a few days back and it totally made me want to trip. The song seems to catch a vibe of the acid era and hayday.
roling stones--the worlds greatest roc and roll bandmaks mewant all driugs m orphin heroin pot hsh opium pills te works tere pro drug and so am i----llllllllhehheheheh
Nah, I don't even like the stones. Although I do like their song "Loving Cup". But no, they dont make me want to take LSD. Really, the only kind of music that makes me want to trip is modal/free jazz.
the beatles ROCK.....Iam loving the stones rightnow!recomend me some more stones, any group from the sixties are amazing to me. Pink Floyd was always definate, not lately though. lol
Not a stones fan :/ Almost any 60s band makes me think of tripping Put on SomE moody blues, hell yeah! It's all good: grateful dead, pink Floyd, the doors, the Beatles, Jefferson airplane, I could go on and on haha. But stones, they were like the bieber of the era. Though they can at least make some one hits that are okay
Took the words out of my mouth...The Stones were the bad boys of rock n roll. I love The Rolling Stones but I've never pictured them as a band to drop acid to or make me want to trip. They have one album that seems blantanlty psychedelic influenced in ' Their Satantic Majesty...' But their best albums are their dirty, raunchy, swagger albums of 'Sticky Fingers' 'Exile on Main Street' era. I've never thought about listening to it on acid but 'Exile on Main Street' has such a raw, free flowing sound to it that it may be enjoyable on acid, half the songs sound like random musicians walked into the studio in the middle of recording and started jamming, great stuff.
