    Two questions actually:

    1. Why do I always get nauseated when I take pills? Hydrocodone, oxycodone, and percs always give me the sweats and I need to lay down. Once I get horizontal, I'm usually fine.
I don't see this with xanax however.

I just took a nausea pill that works very well so hopefully that'll kick in soon. I popped 5 percocets about an hour ago.

    2. How safe is it to drive?

I posted here because opiates section usually takes a while for a response.

Eat when you take them.. or make sure you have something in your stomach. Swallow it with something other than just water. I dunno.. uhhh.. don't take as many?

Also, do not drive.. it's never good to drive while opiated!

    1. Nausea is a common side effect of opiates. I usually don't get too nauseous, but many do.

    2. I've driven on it a couple times with no problems, but it definitely isn't a good idea. It's very much like drunk driving. And if you're one to get nauseous, then it's even more of a bad idea. Don't want to be driving down the road and then all of the sudden up chuck.

Weed sounds very good for my stomach and would make the effects even better. Unfortunately I'm out.

And yeah, it seems when I eat food with them it helps.

    Nausea pill worked well.

definitely make sure you take opiates on a somewhat full stomach.. i've also noticed opiates tend to work better on a full stomach..

but also some peoples stomachs just can't handle them opiates.. personally i've never had a problem.. Oxymorphone use to make me throw up.. but it definitely wasn't because i was nauseous

Why did in the what drugs have you done thread did you first put that you only smoked pot, even though you had admitted in another thread to taking pills and drinking when younger? Just wondering

The sweats might be a byproduct of the opiates heating up your body, I never minded that part one bit but I didn't ever really get the sweats, just a super nice warm sensation that crept all around my body (always appreciated since I work in a 30 degree cooler for hours at work).

The nausea like people said is most likely from not eating anything.

Driving depends on the individuals opiate tolerance. You took 25mg oxycodone, for some that would almost have them nodding, and for others its like a buzzed stroll through the park. If you have a higher opiate tolerance than driving shouldn't be too dangerous, still irresponsible, but if the distance is short I wouldn't worry.

I know 25mg and a few bowls would still have me feeling pretty good.

just because i've tried something doesnt mean i DO it.. there's a difference between trying something and DOING something.. doing usually means you continue to.. trying is a one time deal.. maybe 2 time deal..

either way.. why the fuck are you just now bringing this back up.. wasn't that convo like over a month old now???
