reputable web hosting

we are getting ready to give our lil piece of the world here a home on the web,,,, thing of it is,, i am sort of retarded when it comes to all of the hosting gobbletygoop.... i understand it and know how to make the pagesn stuff,,,, just wondering what companies are reputable for hosting sites,,,,, wonder if anyone could suggest a site or two that they know is good

 

That all depends on what you want. I can offer you a Subdomain. I have iFroggy as my hosting company. They have all kinds of plans available. Will you want your own Forums? Or just html type pages? thanks guyz, i will check them out ... for the time being we just want a beginner to intermediate type of site,, nothing real real indepth n outragious but yet something that if n when we want to expand it further that we can upgrade without havin to change server...

 

Depending on what you're trying to do, the hippy.com hosting might work...

 

I reccomend http://www.uoindustries.com/hosting I used them for a year, and never had any downtime. They are good with answering help tickets in a timely manner, and will customize a plan for you.

 

www.servage.net, very highly recomended if your site will get heavy usage, theier control pannel is amazing.

I know...it sounds to good to be true. But it is true. Of coarse I prefer freewebs 'cuz it's easier.

 

You might want to contact the hosting company of this website.. they are located in Amsterdam and are pretty cool.. they speak english as well (ofcourse) .. they host a lot of different websites but I don't know if it's the best option if it's just a small website with not a lot of traffic.. but hey.. can't hurt to ask!
