It smells pretty natural, like the outdoors since I always have windows open to get fresh air in here. You just can't bottle that scent, though sometimes, especially in the winter, I wish you could! And more often than not, you'll smell food cooking, or sweets baking in the oven. Occasionally there will be the awful smell of spoiled milk that one of the kids spilled and didn't tell me about. Ugh. Nasty. One of my boys acccidentally (or was it really?) spilled a cup of milk into his sister's sock drawer the other day and neglected to tell me about it. I went in there a few nights later to be greeted with this horrendous stench. Seriously, it was awful. *shudders* But thankfully that milk smell never lasts once I get wind of it.
I HATE that spoiled milk smell. Alexis hid one of her cups on me once....after about a week I was like :ack2: "What is that smell" Then, when we were playing with her kitchen, I found out where the smell was coming from. Gross. Wash your walls down with bleach water and before you go to bed (or move in for that matter) sprinkle the carpets and floors with baking soda and leave it until the next morning/day and vaccum. It should get rid of any odors.
like vanilla, lavender, and incense.. my bedroom smells like verbena essential oil.. because I just got some and I am putting drops everywhere.. that smell is fucking amazing..
Oh yeah, it's nasty. When the kids were younger and used sippy cups, sometimes they would drop their cups and the cups would get lost under the seats in the van and I'd totally forget about it. That is, until it started to smell. I swear, I came pretty close to tossing my cookies from that. Ugh, confined area, massive stench.
someone else's air conditioner. we got this window a/c and it works really good keeps it cold in here but the air smells bad that comes out of it. and the upstairs still smells like piss
