didnt know if this was already asked but what the hell.... why do guys like girl on girl action so much?? i dont like guy on guy so what makes girl on girl so "hot"?
A great question and one I have thought about myself. personally, I truly enjoy seeing two attractive women kissing, embracing, and more. Can't explain it to anyone's satisfaction, but if I'm flipping channels and see two guys, I actually turn my head away. If, however, I see two women, I'm hooked.
Cant explain it either.Theres something about it.Its an ultimate turn onand i havent met anyone (male)who doesnt like it.
I am surprised that this forum hasn't gotten more response as it is a topic I often discuss among friends. Been pondering the question all morning and hope to have better information to share soon.
I asked in Bi, and no one has a good answer there, either. Come on, think about it: what thoughts/feelings come to the fore when you see two women together? is there an aspect of performing for you, the hope you can join, something more artistic? what?
I think it has to do with seeing sexually aroused women with nary a penis in sight. I don't know why it's a turnon for me but it is.
I think it's adaptive behavior. A woman who orgasms is more likely to get pregnant. If a caveman has two cavewomen, and one cavewoman makes the other orgasm before the caveman has his way with her, the cavewoman is more likely to get pregnant. This genetically selects bisexual females and a male appreciation for watching women together. I'm obviously not evolutionary biologist, but prove me wrong.
STANDS BACK IN AWE!!!!!!! As a bi-sexual woman myself I have wondered about this too. So, that would also be an argument in support off female masturbation as well. The resultant orgasm would increase her chance of pregnancy.
Yes, absolutely. Though if whatever gene influences masturbation is gender-specific (I have no idea how likely or unlikely that might be) men would tend to masturbate more than women. Women are only really helped by masturbating before or after intercourse. Men always benefit from getting rid of older sperm and making new sperm. And then, there's the bonobos. Are you familiar with the studies of their bisexuality?
Also, going back to our cave threesome, a cavewoman might want to lick the semen out of the other cavewoman, to increase the odds that the woman going down will get pregnant and not the woman she's going down on. If they do this to each other, and it actually works, males who have longer penises or shoot more powerful ejaculations would be selected, too. This might go some way to explain why women's eyes are bigger than their vaginas when it comes to cocks. Size really is important...but mostly for the eyes.
I've just looked them up. I can't find anything specific to their bisexuality but there references to their huge sexual repertoire being useful in conflict avoidance and peace keeping.
Well, here's the wikipedia portion on bonobo sex: Sexual social behavior Sexual intercourse plays a major role in bonobo society observed in captivity, being used as what some scientists perceive as a greeting, a means of conflict resolution, and post-conflict reconciliation. Bonobos are the only non-human animal to have been observed engaging in all of the following sexual activities: face-to-face genital sex, tongue kissing, and oral sex.[23] (Although a pair of Western Gorillas have been photographed performing face to face genital sex [24]) In scientific literature, the female-female behavior of touching genitals together is often is referred to as GG rubbing or genital-genital rubbing or "scissoring". This behavior, however, has not been established as any more sexual in nature than a friendly greeting.[8] The sexual activity happens within the immediate family as well as outside it.[25] Bonobos do not form permanent relationships with individual partners. They also do not seem to discriminate in their sexual behavior by sex or age, with the possible exception of abstaining from sexual intercourse between mothers and their adult sons; some observers believe these pairings are taboo. When Bonobos come upon a new food source or feeding ground, the increased excitement will usually lead to communal sexual activity, presumably decreasing tension and allowing for peaceful feeding.[26] Bonobo males frequently engage in various forms of male-male genital behavior, which is perceived by some scientists as being sexual (frot).[27][28] In one form, two males hang from a tree limb face-to-face while "penis fencing".[29][30] Frot also may occur when two males rub their penises together while in face-to-face position. A special form of frot called "rump rubbing" occurs to express reconciliation between two males after a conflict, when they stand back-to-back and rub their scrotal sacs together. These practices, however, have only been observed in captivity. There is little knowledge of the Bonobos' sexual behavior in their natural habitat. Bonobo females also engage in female-female genital behavior (tribadism), possibly to bond socially with each other, thus forming a female nucleus of Bonobo society. The bonding among females allows them to dominate Bonobo society—although male Bonobos are individually stronger, they cannot stand alone against a united group of females.[30] Adolescent females often leave their native community to join another community. Sexual bonding with other females establishes the new females as members of the group. This migration mixes the Bonobo gene pools, providing genetic diversity. Bonobo reproductive rates are not any higher than that of the Common Chimpanzee. Female Bonobos carry and nurse their young for five years and can give birth every five to six years. Compared to Common Chimpanzees, Bonobo females resume the genital swelling cycle much sooner after giving birth, allowing them to rejoin the sexual activities of their society. Also, Bonobo females who are sterile or too young to reproduce still engage in sexual activity. Craig Stanford, an American primatologist, has challenged the claim that Bonobos are more sexually active than Common Chimpanzees[clarification needed]. Stanford compared existing data on Common Chimpanzees and Bonobos in the natural habitat and found that female Common Chimpanzees copulated at least as often as female Bonobos, while he recorded that male chimpanzees copulated more than male Bonobos.[31] His comparison excluded same-sex sexual contacts, however, which are very common in Bonobos. De Waal's book on Bonobos includes interviews with field workers and relies on the studies by Takayoshi Kano, the only scientist to have worked for two decades with wild Bonobos.[32] New studies in Africa by Gottfried Hohmann, suggest occasional violence, but the fact remains that there are thus far no documented cases of lethal aggression among Bonobos, in sharp contrast to the evidence for Common Chimpanzees.[33]
It seems a little silly in the explanations. Cementing bonds...Yes, and when I get back to the states, my wife and I will engage in genital-to-genital contact for the purpose of cementing our bonds, decreasing tension and allowing for a peaceful transition to cohabitation. No, we're going to make love!
Some will say it's about hypocrisy , men bemoaning gay behavior when it comes to observing male-to-male encounter yet they are so eager to approve the same as long as it's F2F. Others will say it is a symptom of some hidden, repressed homosexual drives and what not. I haven't been visiting libraries lately, but I am sure you will find plenty of theories, explanations and references to scientific researches if you check into one. Personally, I think it's a subject that requires some time to contemplate and to take completely detached look at in order to arrive at some convincing conclusion. How much of it is culturally pre-conditioned? How much is the result of natural predisposition? Does anybody know? Even scientists in most of instances project their own individual prejudices, preferences and desires into what they claim to be impartial analysis of empirical evidence, so what do you expect of mere mortals and how do you find the real answers to any controversial question out there ? I will leave you to contemplate on it on your own
Not to dumb this down... But I think details are being searched for as answer to something where basic's prevail. Men are visual.. We Skip through the wasted space on these films with the fastforward button due to anything else is boreing .. And the question is would i either want to see a chick with a strap on or a guy in the film.. I choose the chick its the same thing with more to look at lol. Has nothing to do with them being lesbians.
I think that the answer has several levels to it... First, it is genetically bred into men to spread your seed as much as possible and thus we are not monogamous. So, it feels natural to want more than one woman. Men are also visually driven, so seeing more than one woman adds to the appeal. Women however tend to look for a single man who can provide, protect and will stay around. So, the appeal of two men does not exist. Also, on a more general basis, I think most people, women included, would agree that a womans body is softer, smoother and sexier with curves. Men are rough and hairy..not nearly as good. For this reason, women will admire women in magazines, as will men, but most women dont look at mens magazines to find fit men,
Its just like the two phemenon being put together it just makes it twice as hot, kind of like how if two great drugs are mixed together its twice as good and twice as fun.
