It's so funny, most of the stuff that's been answered I actually like. That's weird. I don't like sour cream unless it's cooked or mixed really well into something, though. I love the hell out of stroganoff, lol. But I detest onions! I don't mind cooking with them or onion powder, the flavor is fine, but to me it's something that should be a seasoning, not a food. I'll cook with onions and just toss them when I'm done. Blech.

i really don't like sour cream, but there are a few situations in which i do like it. for instance a local pub serves lamburgers....tastiest, juciest burgers i ever had, really tender meat seasoned with like rosemary and garlic and things....and they serve it with sour cream on the side rather than mustard or ketchup (i'm usually a mustard kinda guy when it comes to sandwiches)

anyway, i'll use just a little sour cream on the bun. and there are one or two soups where i can stand a dollop of sour cream in it. but other than that, i think the stuff is pretty foul.

but worse than sour cream, by a long shot, is mayonnaise. mayonnaise is a bastard condiment, and unless i'm starving i will avoid eating ANYTHING with any amount in it.

also i don't like eggs except as an ingredient in something. just plain eggs are gross.

and shellfish in general. i do like conch fritters, but overall i hate shellfish...especially things like crab and shrimp. might as well be eating centipedes and cockroaches...

damn, onions are one of my favorites. gotta have onions on a burger, or hell on most sandwiches even, gotta have em in pasta sauce, sometimes in salads (especially green onion)...even just breaded fried onions are tasty :drool5:

i really like a cheeseburger with onion rings and bbq sauce :D

It's the texture and the feel of them that sets my gag reflex off. I hate that crunch so much. And when they're really really soft, ugh...I still hate them. The only way you can get me to eat onions is by cleverly disguising them in hashbrowns. Only the Waffle House can do that right.

    sure they do.

and they sell pickled pigs feet in a lot of supermarkets, too.

i don't know why though, i've never known a single person who eats them

i dont think pig or chicken feet really count as "widely accepted" in most of the us, though.

but hilder....you dont like egg noodles?! thats weird!

Haha Lynzxx I busted a gut when I read that, I think I've had the same dish at Bennigans (Americanize Irish Food) that shit is gross. Thankfully I knew what it was before i tried it so no element of surprise.

Liver, that shit is down right evil. Then again I'm starting to cut down a lot on my meat consumption, tinking bout going veggie for a while.
