I'm pretty damn fuckin sick right now with a cough. just been laying in bed listening to great music with my headphones. Anyway i might drink some syrup for my cough, and i might drink some more for fun. anybody try this? it might make me feel shittier, i dunno.
I say go for it. If you hold it down, once your tripping, if you have to puke it wont feel as bad. Whenever I puked on dxm, it just felt like I was spitting something out rather than vomitting. Plus you get an adrenaline rush when you puke on dxm and that can add to the trip. Not that I WANT you to puke or anything like that...
DXM tripping while actually sick is probably the best treatment at least for me, nothing takes that horrible feeling of shiiiiit sick away than getting dissociated to a 3rd plateau trip. But everyone has their own reactions, so might not work as well for the next person. But if your really sick, go for it. You're gonna be nauseous from the sickness all day anyway i would much rather be navigating dreamscapes behind closed eyes half-detached from my body with some nausea, than sitting there feeling the same sickness but counting the seconds going by doing nothing but feeling like shit haha Just be careful regarding puking and make sure you don't puke and choke even though i've never ever ever heard of that on dxm before (but anything can happen) so when you lie down if you get too dissociated make sure your on your side or something. (edit): And Yeah what lunarverse said below me, if you're not experienced fully with dxm be careful, i cannot stress enough how important it is that what you take is only DXM inside of it. I assumed you already knew this, but figured i would throw this in, just in case you didn't.
you have no idea what you're doing so don't..You need to know whats in it, how much, etc...I've done it lots, but I knew what I was doing http://www.erowid.org/chemicals/dxm/faq/ read that then if you still wanna try it do so at your own discretion
:smilielol5: have you ever had the vomiting from dxm.. shit i forget what the term for it is, but its where you puke suddenly but with such force ahhh okay i remember lmao have you ever had to experience the severe projectile vomiting after taking dxm? Like the kind of puking one would associate with ayahuasca, it happened to me once, that was TERRIBLE. I puked so hard and like over and over again i couldn't ever get a chance to breathe in a breath of air and felt like i was going to suffocate, and it hurt so much just from the force of it. Fun trip after it ended, but that was pure hell and i've tripped alot on robo i've puked MANY times on robo but i've never experienced anything that horrendous before. I just layed on the floor of the bathroom for 30 minutes afterwards catching my breath than crawled out to my friend who i was tripping with hahaha looking back on it all i gotta say is..
