Seriously, everytime this craps on, and I mean in the other room because I wouldn't watch it; I writhe in agony of the dialogue. "You know what they say. Keep your friends close and your enemies closer. If that doesn't work, kill them." That's all.
I would never go out of my way to watch it, but when I want to spend some quality time with my folks I'll sit down with them to an episode. The dialogue isn't as over the top and lame as that of some other American series (the Law and Order spin offs can be bad for this) so I find it bearable and mildly enjoyable, if not slightly unrealistic and stupid in the way that most Bruckheimer films and TV shows are.
OMG thanks for starting this thread. I fucking HATE that show. It sucks, is totally unrealistic, the acting is terrible, especially that shithead with the red hair, David something. And there's now to many of them. One is too many but you get my point
LMAO! CSI Miami! He DOES suck at acting! If you'll notice, every dramatic scene, it's say something witty, look over sunglasses, say something else, push sunglasses back up and look away dramatically.
Yeah, I was talking about the original CSI. CSI Miami belongs in the 'things you wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole' thread.
I prefer British cop shows. Police officer: Can you find a match for this finger print? A week later. CSI: No.
criminal minds is getting lame too.. I can watch Quincy and be caught up in the story.. And there isnt much gore and action, but sometimes the early forensic shows were better.. I watched Kojak use a laser site to find a gunman, the laser projection was the size of a golf ball.. And he had to ask if it would work or not..
CSI is incredibly dumb for a lot of reasons. I used to live with this girl who wanted to (and did) study criminology because she wanted to be like the people on that show.
everytime I watch CSI I think of comic books,or something.. the cut aways are so corny now. Cold Case is a show I can watch, but I get irritated with to much music..
