for those of you who like to cut a rug: what is your favorite type of music to dance to? do tell

i like to dance to reggae. i dig the sensual movements and the way you need to work your lower body. it also seems to be the best music to dance to with a partner

I can't dance for shit.

But if I'm really drunk I like to dance to really loud rock, or hip hop. I can dance to rap while shit-faced, too. And old, 80s style "I got my first real six-string!!" :leaving:

If I'm stoned then I like to dance to really mellow shit.. Like Cat Stevens.

I have taken formal dance classes so I can salsa, cha-cha, mambo and hell even waltz and 2-step. If you are going to a college or university def check out the dance clubs, I learned a lot in 6 months and don't feel embarrassed in a salsa hall/club any more. Plus cheap as hell for the students.

I was an official band dancer, we were like the self-appointed cheerleaders for the band at football games. We were the only non-band members allowed to sit with the band during games.

Nah, we didn't have that...we were just a bunch of nerds who were too lazy and lacking musical talent to join the band. So we just went and were their number one fans. Haha.

I almost forgot, they REALLY sucked ass the last couple of years I was in school. But I still was their number 1 fan. I thought love might give them talent.
