Band names aren't inherently good. Some may be more clever than others, but what really makes a good band name is how it relates to the music. So I couldn't choose any of those names without knowing what your band sounds like, so I can see which "feels" best to me. That being said, I would like to vote against The Baboons.

What type of music do you play? Seems to me the name of the band should reflect the members and the music. I'd lose the baboons, thats just awful.
No way. Then his music will always be stuck with that name. Think of bands like Nirvana, Korn, Nickelback, Slipknot, the beatles None of those names have shit to do with their music. You want your band name to be neutral so that it doesn't set boundaries on your music.
Korn, Nickelback, and Slipknot are not good examples to use if you want to win an argument with me. Unless they're counter examples.

I figured that you would say something like that, seeing as the talent, or in your opinion, the absence of talent of those bands really had nothing to do with what i was arguing (although nickelback is bloody terrible). You don't want your music to be restricted by a name. Regardless of what genre it is or how shitty or awesome people think it is.
Maybe some bands do. Dying Fetus deliberately chose that name because they knew it would be impossible to ever go "commercial" with it. Ironically, they are one of the most popular death metal bands now. Anyway, names aren't really that important as far as the band's directions goes. Metallica's name never stopped them from releasing a hard rock album. Also I think that Nirvana and Slipknot both had names that went with their music. And Korn and Nickelback are just horrible names for a band.
