friend died

funeral was saturday..he was one of my closest friends from the group i hang out with..ive been so depressed lately, he didnt deserve it. he was only 18, just graduated, and going to marine bootcamp in 2 weeks.

I hope you're able to grow through the pain and find some meaning in your loss. I lost a friend in high school. It's such a shock.

 

to sum it up we were drinking, he choked and tried to throw it up and fell and hit his head and passed out while he was choking. we got the food up but he was so fucked up from choking for like 3 minutes(he was grey) and the fall because he had a slightly enlarged brain..we couldnt find a pulse or heartbeat or whatever but they revived him at the hospital, and he was in a coma for 3 days and braindead..he didnt deserve a death like that

 

That's rough man. I lost a friend two months ago in a drunk driving accident.

All I can say is keep your head up and honor his memory by making good decisions in your life. It's hard, but you'll make it through.

 

Death is never pretty. My friend was mutilated by a tree and twisted metal when he died.

It's more important how he lived than how he died

 

i know what you mean, but i said it because it was just a stupid fucking death. youd have to know him i guess. and im sorry about your friend.

 

Yeah, I know what your saying. That's not the easiest way to go out, but at least he was surrounded by friends and people who cared about him.

 

we got three blunts into his casket too lol..

sry to hear that bro I can relate, my best friend died last sept at 18. Rolled a truck and was ejected out of the truck....fucked up thing is his buddy did too but he landed in the ditch and survived, my buddy landed on the side of the road.

friend of mine died last year so that's my best advice.

 

nearly same exact situation with one of my good friends.

ridin in a truck, went over a hill and lost control. the two passengers survived but the driver didnt...the front passenger and my buddy, the driver were both partially ejected.

it's a fucked up deal, i can sympathize RIP
