I have read on a few websites that you can put salvia extract into a tea bag and chew it. Has anyone had any experience with this?
yes, you can use salvia extract orally to good effect. i have used the chewing gum method- basically, take a peice of chewing gum (some say "not bubble", idk how much of a difference it actually makes- i used chewing though) and chew it for a minute until it's soft/workable. take it out, and stretch it so you have a large surface area... then just sprinkle some extract (.2 grams of 5x or 10x seems to work, so you can adjust that according to extract strength) into the gum, and fold the gum over so the extract is covered all around by gum. then (i skipped this part which may or may not account for the weak effects i had) you take about 1/2-3/4 of a shot's worth of hard liquor- 80 proof should work fine- and, when you put the salvia/gum into your mouth, take the liquor into your mouth (don't swallow it!) and chew the mixture of gum/salvia/liquor for 10-15 minutes or until you start feeling effects. the most important part of all that is to NOT swallow the juices that build up (stomach acid destroys salvinorin), so just chew and let it all absorb/build up in your mouth. i also brushed my teeth without water in order to open up blood vessels in my mouth- this might not be necessary but wouldn't hurt to do just in case it makes a difference. as i said i didn't really get strong effects, but i didn't use very much salvia- i did, however, feel something which suggests that this method does work. i'm interested in trying it again with a higher dose (i am definitely NOT smoking salvia). good luck, post back with how things turn out (even if you choose another method- i won't be offended).
