Hey folks, I went to a few gatherings as a kid with my folks, and I would like to get back into the lifestyle a bit now that I am all growed up. I live in Winston-Salem, NC and I am looking for any Rainbows in the area that I could get together with. I was wondering about the "Katuah BS"??? Living on the coast of N.C. there isn't a great deal of interaction with the mountain folk but the Katuah folk I know from Ocala are all pretty cool. One of them drinks quite a bit but has never gotten out of hand...a happy drunk!!! Zen
I'll be in NC tomorrow, going to Burlington then on to Asheville sometime this weekend. I'll be going to nationals from Asheville sometime at the end of the month and i've got room for one rider, green energy for my tanks magic hat would be wonderful but it isn't a requirement, i'm just putting everything i got into gas at the moment. Yeah, i'm thinking i'm gonna hit up Katuah as well. The only caveat to that is I gotta earn at least another 300 bucks to continue my journey, but I think I already got that lined up so i'm probably all set. Are you guys going to Katuah as well? i dunno, if we do it will only be for one day. an thats just because wing sent us a email and we told him we would try an make it.. surprisingly there will be a few folks there that we would like to see. but i kinda doubt it even though its close,with the animals and such its just hard to get away from here,especially with the gardens coming in . anyway, if ya get a chance drop in. dunno if ya still got directions but they are still posted in our forum..
