sourdough bread

is fucking amazing.

i never used to eat it but then i went to california for 2 weeks and that was ALL i ate, literally. i would have sourdough bread and jam for breakfast and sourdough bread and Jarlsberg cheese for lunch haha

my mom said they didnt have sourdough bread on the east coast. but then she went to trader joes and found sourdough bread!! so now we have some... sooo good...

i also like multi grain bread. white bread is nasty, havent had that stuff in YEARS. rye is ok, we get that sometimes. i really dont like whole wheat. like i guess its okay with sandwiches like tuna fish or something but i cant just eat whole wheat toast or something.

love sourdough garlic bread, or sourdough with spinach dip...

im also a HUGE fan of foccacia bread with balsamic vinegar and olive oil dip....mmmmm, so good!!

or this buttery kind of bread I used to get at the bakery when I lived in St. Andrews, Scotland. I would get up at 5am just so I could get a batch right out of the oven. Then I'd nip over to the cheese mongers.

 

aw my family used to make sourdough bread when i was little.. it was tradition
i love any bread

 

thats all we use here is sour dough breads.. starters are pretty easy to make and use and can be used for lots n lots of baked goods besides bread..

I love sourdough bread. Ive been playing around with making home made bread for a little bit now. Ive made bread bowls and a couple loaves.
Im gonna start experimenting with adding herbs and cheeses and making rolls and buns.. Its tres fun.

My friend took a bag of cheese bread from Panera Bread once and just walked out nonchalantly.haha

 

i used to know some chick in high school that worked there and would bring my cheesy bread all the time...she was really annoying though but im always for free bread haha

she was the reason i tried it in the first place haha...she had like a bag of it one day in last period and gave me a piece and i told her it was like sex in my mouth so she started bringing me a bunch every now and then...it was worth talking to her for the free bread haha

 

She probably thought you'd sleep with her if he kept bringing you some hahaha.

 

well if it meant unlimited bread haha...she wasnt bad looking but always complained about everything and that really ruined it. one time i was asleep on my desk and i woke up to her talking to me and then she called me an asshole because i wasnt listening...didnt make any sense haha...i wasnt single at the time anyway so i was just all about the bread lol
