This probably sounds incredibly stupid, but, if say I smoked a lot of weed everyday, and I mean a lot of weed. If I suddenly started working out a lot to burn the fat would it be possible to get a thc buzz since thc resides in fatty tissue?
No, the THC stored in your fat cells isn't psychoactive, I don't even think it's THC anymore: your body metabolizes it into something else after you smoke, and it's the metabolite that is stored (and tested for).
Actually, it is still THC, it just doesn't get you high b/c it is no longer in your bloodstream, it's stored in the fat. When you burn fat, the THC just metabolizes and you pee and sweat it out. It's a good way to prepare for a drug test though.
I got stonned before going to the gym once...just stood around like a twat watching MTV on the monitors ....tried to use some of the equipment but just started laughing something bad at how stupid it all was...the utter futility and pointlessness of excercise....enjoyed the sauna and whirlpool though. Don't excercise.
don't exercise indoors. Going outside for a walk or run is good. I think gyms forget that good atmosphere is part of good health, and there is nothing good about sweaty, hairy guys gasping for breath on the treadmill next to yours. Usually the buildings are ugly looking inside, too. Health is a full body thing, and needs to include a healthy mind. This is why outdoor exercise is the best.
do exercise. It will get you high, not from THC though. Just from the happy chemicals our bodies naturaly make when we exercise.

I've felt fucken weird after working out before or weird all of a sudden out of nowhere. Except i think those feelings of weirdness are caused by depression, my mind and a runners high. I say workout while high because i find you have greater muscle control, it'll just be easier to exercise in better form.
