That sounds totally do-able. I bought mine new at Walmart for $80, $50 should be easy.

you can find one for sure on craigs list, it helps and can save you loads if you can do alot of the maintenance on the bike yourself, just make sure you ride it around for at least a good 20 minutes ( at least) before you buy it, nothing ruins a cycling experience like a soar back, wrists, or knees from an ill fitting bike

    Good tip good tip....
My old bike had normal handle bars with curved handles coming up from it...you know?
Well it raised my posture from leaning onto the handle bard to sitting with a straight back..When I figured that out, It was like heaven.
To this day I find it impossible to have handle bars below the navel...which is what I find a lot of my friend's bikes are.

i went mountain biking for two hours down my fav trail yesterday and was completely useless at climbing. sitting in my bus seat for a week has taken its toll.
same with swimming: i swam hard for a couple hundred feet and was hella out of breath.
im going to try to bike up the mountain every day or two.

i never actually work out, just do hiking and biking and swimming until im in good enough shape that those things dont tire me out too badly.

    I surf 2-4 times a week
Does wonders for core and upper body strength.

Other than that I go running a few times week

THe only working out I do is walking and pushing residents (some over 400lbs) for 8 hrs at the nursing home i work at. My bones clearly display the effort I put into my job. I also cycle. I split wood by hand with a godevil but I really dont work out at all because I dont care about getting any bigger.

    oh yeah, i longboard sometimes.
actually, my standing leg gets at least as tired as my pushing leg, and they both ache in the same places afterwards so i dont think its too uneven of a workout.

IMO, your whole chest is going to get a lot of work whether or not you're doing incline bench, decline bench, dips, flies or any other variation. The insertion points of the pecs into the shoulder joints are small enough that the angle isn't going to drastically change your results, unlike delts which actually have anterior, medial, and posterior components. I think hitting a lot of different angles is great, but working the chest as one unit might benefit you via more recuperation time.

Speaking of recuperation, if you're doing much pressing work for your delts (which would be best), then you're working your triceps three times a week, including back-to-back days, which is probably over-doing it.

All that said, it's a very solid routine and I'm impressed with anyone who does legs! :D Keep it up bro.

I just do random stuff to keep active in general. I dance and spin poi on a daily basis, while other days I bike ride or play ultimate frisbee on top of that. Occasionally I do yoga, as well as pushups, pull ups, a core workout and legs. I do those just whenever I am doing nothing or waiting for something to cook.

thanks. yeah I was a little concerned about the tricep thing. But I have seen huge results so I'm not worried.

I used to work out at the gym, when i was near one.. run a couple miles a day and do a day each on arms, legs, and core. also have played hackey-sac for years.. that's usually a great workout and great for coordination.

since i've moved to the mountains, its hard to run around here cause its so hilly and we only have gravel roads nearby, so now i go on 6 to 15 mile hikes every few days.. that is until i fucked my knee up the other week.. now i can barely walk :(

lol I'm not fit. I'm obese. I just eat far too much. Although I have cut this down to 1000 calories a day from about 4000 calories a day about 4 weeks ago and lost half a stone already. But overall since I started shifting the weight in September I've lost 3 stone. So YAY me.

Regarding deltoids...any tips for targeting them well from all angles? Especially the rear part? I've noticed my shoulders are starting to look kinda puny from behind in relation to the front.
