someone in the scene help!

The admins of UD say that they try to be neutral. This pisses some people off I've noticed because they post about how good posts were deleted or certain people got banned and shouldn't have.

The evidence of the admins' neutrality seem promising to me. The UD model seems to me like the perfect model for what it does, especially considering everyone is paranoid! It's largely autonomous. That's what I like about it.

 

It's possible, however, sometimes these guys take a few days. I've only ordered once, but there was a few days between when WU said the money was picked up until the vendor emailed me to let me know that the money was received, then ANOTHER few days before the shipping notice. The stuff did come in though.

Give it a few days to see. Hopefully you didn't start researching with money you couldn't afford to lose (and really, if you couldn't afford to lose it, you shouldn't be buying RCs with it in the first place).

 

I just received e-mail from a Canadian place, oops, now everyone knows. I was worried that nothing would happened because the order was placed like 10 days ago, but about 4 days after the lazy guy got his stuff through customs, he shipped it.

You have to probably realize that the people you are getting this from may be living it large. Maybe they are all #$%$ up in the head, or maybe they are so paranoid they wait to go out.

It's such a big mix up. Honestly, I would wait at least two weeks, maybe a month of no contact to write it off as a scam.

I think it couldn't hurt to e-mail them asking about the order and mentioning UD without mentioning UD maybe, so that they might be worried you would post negative feedback? Without saying this directly...

For example, I found out on an UD post that the stuff I wanted made it through customs. So I was about to e-mail them today bitching about it and I was going to mention that I heard they got it through customs so when can I expect it.

So they might watch their UD page, and should know what's up, that negative feedback would ensue. That's all you got on them, anyways.

If they are not on UD, then you probably shouldn't have ordered from them. It seems there are enough sites on UD to choose from that we could put the scammers out of business via UD!

I'm just talking because I'm excited because I got the e-mail, hehe, I have yet to receive anything, from *anyone, bit I imagine I am on the right track.

I'm so glad that I only spent $99 on this overpriced place! But they were the only site that had what I wanted, without a pending membership to wait for.

Yea, sketchy things about shipping time? Of course... the same as lazy guy who runs dream business and has access to everything he wants, right? No reason to be prompt, at all, and maybe incapable at some times. Oh, the envy.

I would love to be in his position, if it were a little more legal, and purely medical. Utopia, but then it wouldn't be worth doing, right, since it would be widely available? So you gotta do the most with what you got.

At least I will have a taste to test out the effective migraine abortion in rats of certain RCs! This will be groundbreaking research if it works because this one rat I know has lived for over 23 years with weekly migraines! Poor pet...

You do know, xanon, that you can't use the RCs on animals either, right? That is just as illegal as using them on yourself.

You've done some research, you're in the right place, you're doing the right thing (in general ;P ) so you should be good. Most people that are really worried seem to to better than they think they can...

Well I don't need a license to test on plants, or well, fungus! If I did, then fuck it, and fuck them. Why? Plants have no brains/feelings.

if you must say something, codmouse is right, insects aren't considered true animals when it comes to animal testing. i don't know precisely what it's called either, but i was trained in it - the proper way to treat a lab rat, (or dog or monkey, etc). but Drosophila (flies) are another story. they don't count so you can do anything to them.

my psychedelic side is sometimes even sensitive to that (the killing of fruit flies) that's why i don't work with mice, or even flies, i work with yeast cells.
but i don't doubt on some level they are "conscious" too.
if you were a yeast cell, you would bud offspring, that are genetically identical to yourself (except "random" mutations)
you would have about 20-30 buds or daughter cells. and then you (the original cell of the colony) would die. but the 20-30 daughters would still be you (+ mutations)
so in a way
you'd live FOREVER
and even though the yeast generation time (~lifetime) is like 2 or 3 hours, it might SEEM like 100 years to a yeast cell.
maybe there are other beings that think about humans like "shit, they only live 100 years... haha, that's nothing"
