I wasn't sure which section to put this in because Girl Talk defies all of those genres, because what he does is take all sorts of different music and mashes it together to make awesome songs. It is mostly hip hop, I think because it is probably easier to work with the beats and flows of that genre and incorporate it into other music. But even if you don't like hip hop it's worth checking out. He makes albums that flow all the way through (like pink floyd's dark side of the moon) and is just really talented the way he throws things together, very unconventional. Anyone actually heard of him?
his newest album, don't feed the animals, sounded perfect to me. hes got the sickest breakdowns and puts the most opposite shit together. like boston behind ludacris's lyrics??? genius.
