It's a pneumatic door closer ~

when someone walks through the door, the arm will pull the door back into a closed position.

That's a weird angle that it's being shown from, since it fits at the top of the door, sort of turned and flipped.


The larger canister fits onto the door jamb,

and the other end connects to the top of the door.
