He was supposedly at someones apartment not in his own state. He was in an apartment, he was 16, he was rampaging and had the mentioned drugs including a large amount of LSD. But also look at that journalism OMG. It makes me want to tear my skull out. LSD is dangerous, bromomescaline, gahhhh...

i didn't read it yet, but i thought they equated bromomescaline to 2cb, which would make a little bit of sense

cops are incompetent usually but not all LE is. Cops not being smart with obscure drugs is no reason to get your defenses down.

I'm sure there are too many people like him, hurt by the prohibition because they do not have help in using things successfully. Portugal legalized everything a few years ago and it's worked out great. People wouldn't have issues if they could get help without having their lives ruined. I don't know, codmouse, I'm guessing you have white powders though, and they'll just see cocaine and you're off, any paraphernalia too might set them off, though, yes, it isn't the most common of things and since it's most likely psychedelic, there wouldn't be copious amounts there or stupid actions being taken for a fix or something.

I don't know who said Carlos is, but judging from the responses i think it is about him, Altoona, PA is indeed a place where I would expect the local law enforcement to be this moronic. I have family that lives there and i've been there dozens of times. Small town with really niave cops. But hey i'de much rather take the niave police officer who's never seen lsd in 20 years as opposed to a group of 3 oinkers waking you up in the middle of the night and beating you down for a pipe in your own home, whilst never doing anything wrong (btw has anyone here ever even heard of getting fined $650 for a pipe, no marijuana just a pipe in your pocket lol)
