Ah, that's illegal in TN, for many reasons.
But you'll learn all the reasons why tattoo artist despise at home tattooist when you get your apprenticeship.

Oh I wasn't gonna be doing it at home!...Unless I don't get the apprenticeship, in which case it will have to be Plan B lol although the laws are not all that tight here so it wouldn't be a problem. I'd rather not fork out money for everything though, and learn in the proper way.

and we have a prius' too... but ours is white, and yes much like zilla we are paying payments and actually are owned by these things more than we own them,
especially that kid thing in the pic, she is expensive and owns us .
