HE IS NOT INNOCENT! there is not a plea and/or verdict of "innocent." in either civil or, crimial court.
in crimial court someone can only enter a plea of: guilty, not guilty or, no contest.
a crimial court can only hand down a vertdict of guilty or, not gulity.

since jackson had the money to afford the best attorneys; his attorneys, made moves to the families of jackson's victims, to end the the inquest of the grand jury before, crimial charges were filed aganist jackson and, make their (the familes of the jacksons' victims) claim in civil court instead.
that way jackson avioded having crimial charges filed aganist him by the grand jury and, a crimial trial too thus, jackson advoided possible jail time.
his civil court case where, his attorneys entered his plea of 'no fault' and, were able to let the judge agree to the terms that jacksons' attorneys came to with the families of the victims attorneys for monetary award for, the bodly and mental damages he cause to his victims.

you all need to quit watching 'the people's court and 'law and order' and, learn the basics of how both the civil and crimial legal systems really works.

you all also need to get a copy of m. scott pecks book: 'people of the lie.' and learn how to recognize human evil.
michael jackson showed one face to his "fans:" pop singer, "humantarian," wack job; he showed another face to the childern who were his victims: insensitive predator and, child rapist.
    WAKE UP!

As said, Chandlers Case was thrown out of court by the judge, And was ready to set hearing on a case of extortion on both Chandler and Rothman which jackson declined. Jackson Paid the kid a sum amount which neither of the parents wher given, other then a million each to get rid of them.

The wacked out problem to this case is simple. Chandler was able to get custody of the kid. A known abuser ... and the result. the kid was physically beaten. If your looking for Court verdicts to solve your issues. Chandler has quite a few against him in Hudson County NJ.. How about 12 1/2 pound dumbbell to the kids head, Mace, Strangulation. Is this who you support ? ! ?

Chandler is a liar and a Piece of shit child abuser.. He proves that once being an abuser you can never stop.

Another post on here has the links of this fraud of case, the mother said it was a lie, the kid said it was a lie. And if you are going to take the words of an abuser, then you realy are a hypocrit for supporting such BS.

Until he died the majority seemed damn sure he did it to me.
I don't know whether he did or not. If he did, the parents have only themselves to blame - he was creepy, and I wouldn't've let any kids near him.

That being said, I really don't think he's worth any of this attention he's been receiving.

Well there's one poll and the no's are still winning. And this is the new generation of people that don't remember Michael Jackson being the king of pop, just him constantly being ridiculed on cartoons and SNL. And in regards to the 1st time
Hell, Jackson was found NOT GUILTY by a jury in his last case, even after all the ridicule for years, the charges weren't dropped, it wasn't a hung jury, or the case never proceeded, he was found NOT GUILTY on all counts in a court of law even with testimony and evidence from the 1993 case being used for some reason.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tom_Sneddon
This guy has been on a vendetta to convict Jackson since the first case and couldn't do it, tried, and then failed miserably in the court room. Maybe we should stop trying our celebrities on SNL and South Park. Tell me, what's your evidence for knowing Michael Jackson molested children? Because if you have some I'm sure the Santa Barbra DA would love to hear it

In this country, a person is innocent until proven guilty.
However, once the vicious "yellow journalism" kicks in, no celebrity ever gets a fair trial! They are convicted by the press and that's it.

MJ may have seemed a sad case, but I don't think anyone here can claim to know the mans mind...

I honestly don't understand how people who are so offended by him were really feeling his effect on their life. Why didn't you just change the fucking channel or radio station or whatever and forget about him...?!? jeez...

Not true. How do you figure "no fault" translates to "I'm accountable"? The words mean opposite things. No contest or no fault means "I give up, I'm not going to defend myself". You take whatever they're going to give because you're not willing to go through the trial. Since this leaves you completely at the mercy of the court, it isn't usually taken except as part of a plea bargain. But no, the whole point of it is that it isn't an admission of guilt. Or a claim of innocence.

I don't know whether Jackson did what he was accused of. All I do know for sure is that it was one hell of a payday for the accusers and their family, and destroyed Jackson's life. If Michael was guilty, it seems to me that he got fucked way harder than those kids. I don't know if justice was served or not. Neither do you.

No, I remember perfectly well that he's been calling himself the king of pop for the last couple decades. I don't however, remember when other people started taking the name seriously. Elton John's had more hits than him in the last twenty years - that's not good.
And I still say he was at his best in the Jackson Five, and has topped that in popularity alone.

Also, how come every time someone has an opinion that doesn't fit with the majority they get accused of watching too much South Park. Grow some fucking nads and quit with the fucking excuses; either talk to me like a man without belittling my opinion the same way a grandma would or shut the fuck up.
Also, South Park's main view on the subject, as I luckily watched this one; black Michael Jackson came back down from space and kicked white Michael Jackson's ass (who was a replacement for the aliens) telling us to love Michael for the performer he was, not the freaky media pet he is.
I have a completely different message: he was never that good - shut up about him already.

If he did do it; he deserved far worse. If he didn't do it, it's unfortunate, but really, should be expected - everyone has to admit he was acting really weird and suspicious. If you do this without realizing you are doing this, we typically label you with a disorder and call you crazy. The dude was real messed up; I could see either being true equally, and I agree that all of us will just have to take our own out of it.

He was acquitted. After a long and expensive trial a jury found him not guilty!

He didn't coin the name himself. Not like prince lol.

His success resulted in his being dubbed the "King of Pop", a nickname conceived by Elizabeth Taylor when she presented him with an "Artist of the Decade" award in 1989, proclaiming him "the true king of pop, rock and soul."[60] President George H. W. Bush presented him with The White House's special "Artist of the Decade."[61] From 1985 to 1990, he donated $500,000 to the United Negro College Fund, and all of the profits from his single "Man in the Mirror" went to charity.[62][63] Jackson's live rendition of "You Were There" at Sammy Davis Jr.'s 60th birthday celebration received an Emmy nomination.[57]
