Do you ever lurk?

I just lurked in this thread and left...then I realized you'd never know that unless I told you.

I do lurk here sometimes, because there are no good threads to respond to, or it's a heated thread that I will just get treated like an idiot if I try to join in...*cough*

 

Actually, I do that a lot too.

And I see threads I've lurked in but not posted in and think I've posted in them and I get confused..

 

Sometimes I like to see what's up before I go do something, but I don't have time to get into conversations, so I just lurk to see what's happening and then come back and post later.

 

I lurk, but only in topics that i want info from, so is that really lurking or is it like going to google and looking up info?

 

when I'm really bored and there's nothing else to do, like right now.. I'm stuck in bed with a fever and my gums hurt.. so I need to distract myself the only way I physically can, right now. I could also watch a movie.. but I'd have to get up to reach the DVD player which would hurt right now.

I wouldn't actually call it lurking. Most topics dont catch my interest most days. When I see a place to add my two cents I will.

No, I have Etsy, Random Thoughts, Ebay and a fabric distributor who changes their supply daily on my favorites, in the frequents folder. I'll click on Random Thoughts after going to one of the above and if I don't see anything itneresting leave. I am always logged in though. Lurking is kinda creepy.
