Does anyone here dig him like I do? I've got everything he's ever written, and every few years I read his entire works in chronological order

What's your favourite Clive Barker book? why are you into his writing? I think I've read "Damnation Game" the most :)

I read all of Clive's work up to and including Thief of Always. I kinda grew away from him after that. I think that Weaveworld was my personal favorite. He had a way of making the surreal seem commonplace, making the common seem unnatural.

weaveworld is a beautiful story......lol, i once had a friend who called it "boreworld" because he didn't think it was as fast paced and brutal as Clive's other work - i beg to differ ;)

the great and secret show is another excellent book of his, and one of the most decadent titles he's penned is Cold Heart Canyon.......his books on the Abarat do give a thrill, even though they're shelved under "juvenile fiction" - they're plenty creepy and fantastic, just don't have any tits in em :)
