Not sure, can only suggest getting into activities.. Studying is boreing most of the time... Can easily hop on google and search things out. But that is me :p ..

Then again used to being by myself as the norm... Getting up, Work, then sleep and repeat O o .. Have never mastered the getting up part though.. trying to find ways to eliminate it, but it keeps winning =P.

Music, Activities.. whatever your into is the best place to start :).

Change your way of life. Look to join a eco-village or intentional community with part time work on the side. This will ensure that you are never lonely again.

Other than that, find someone to chat with while you study. Do like study sprints where you study for like 2 minutes on and 2 minutes off. The of time you chat with someone.

There are lots of ways to ease loneliness. Calling or texting a friend or family member, chatting online, reading, writing, listening to music, keeping yourself busy, working out, are ways to cope. I've personally grown to enjoy having solitude - you may find that once the "homesick" feeling wears off, you'll begin to like it more. Time spent with others will be something you appreciate even more.

maybe actively reach out to others?
this is the one thing that has always helped me.
unfortunately before i learned that it's ok to reach out to people i reached out to other things and that's not cool man. so just try to get out there and know that you're not alone :peace:

p.s. i just realized this is an old thread.. sorry i didn't see this sooner :(
