Guilty. No question in my mind.

Perhaps your mind should do some questioning then.

i cast my vote for "don't know." while he was a very rich man who people could have tried to exploit... well, there was a lot of evidence, especially considering that michael admitted to sleeping with the boy and whatnot.

I think he's innocent. He was very rich and very famous, and therefore, an easy target.

I did think he was guilty, like there was no real doubt in my mind, but learning more about him recently, seeing his biography, I've changed my mind: I think he was innocent, in every sense of the word. He just seemed like a very pure hearted, innocent person, he really was very child like himself, I don't think there was anything sexual there at all.

But no one can know for sure, but what i will say, is that if he really was innocent, his life must have been torture the past 16 years.

Even tho I think he was very strange, I always believed him when he said that when he slept with kids, all he did was share his bed and sleep. All those people who are quick to shout abuse just can't believe anyone can be so non-sexual.

"Bottom line is, would you let your child or grandchild be in the same room with Michael Jackson?"

That's an unfair question, we've all got it in the back of our mind that he may have touched little kids, even if we don't believe it. It's like asking 'would you leave a hamster in a room alone with Richard Gere?', we all know he doesn't shove them up his ass, but there's that "but what if..." in our head. That's not a real way to judge him, i'd have to meet him and know him personally, and then decide if I would.

Who gives a fuck about if its fair or not. Are you willing to risk the health and safety of your child in order to show the world how 'fair' you can be?

    I sure wouldn't.

Perhaps the problem here is one of perspective, so let's try this a different way...

Assuming MJ was still alive, and your child was offered a free weekend at Neverland with him.

    Would you send him?

If you say yes, you would, what do you tell your child if he comes home and says he was molested? Do you tell him that he is just a victim of the media hype and it really didn't happen? Do you tell him that you are sorry it happened, but you had no choice but to send him in order to be fair to MJ?

Do you tell your child that his health and safety comes second to being fair to MJ?

No, I wouldn't, but that doesn't mean he's guilty. It's like high school, some kids never even get a chance because someone will say "he's a loser", so people won't bother making friends with them because they've already got that idea in their head, doesn't make that kid a loser though.

And what about all those kids who did that and had the time of their lives? Don't you think that's possible?

I don't care if 100 million kids went there and had the best time possible in all the universe for all freakin time....

I would NEVER put my child at risk by exposing them to someone that there is even the tiniest bit of doubt about.

Why is this hard to understand?

That's amazing. I wish I could make up my mind without considering evidence or making an attempt at reason.

I think he's innocent. I believe it's a bunch of bull shit and there is absolutely no proof whatsoever.
