Yes but a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link. No matter who runs what society is a house of cards. Take away the people that make and manufacture clothing, cars, food, beds, etc lol. To be totally honest I wasn't being 100% serious when I started this post, but here's where the bottom line sits for me. I am now going to refer to 'normal' people meaning citizens, as 'civs', I'm not referring to leaders at this point. Civs made Paris Hilton a millionaire, same with Oprah. Civs spend enough money on Nascar annually to feed every mouth in Africa every day for one year. Civs NEVER EVER ask for anything more or better from their countires because they're content to sit back, drink their budweiser, smoke thier pot, eat their McDonalds, watch Nascar and COPS, and never do anything about the state of their country until election time rolls around then they feel they've earned the right to say things like "well that guys an asshole and a liar, I ain't votin' for em." Maybe not EVERYBODY has to go....but maybe we just need a system like in that older movie where if you become to old or useless, people come for you and they youthanize you. Just a thought, but I think a pretty damn good one and hey, it'd give you americans a little more leg room.
the universe is actually incredibly free chaos isn't free at all because no matter what you do, something WILL come along to fuck it up, because that's all that chaos can do. interrupt other chaos.
The problem with people, is that u only need a small proportion of pricks, and it fucks everything up for the rest.A large proportion of people are pretty docile or easily led.A small proportion abuse their influence and another just wanna be tossers. Get shot of them, and things would be ok, I suspect.
As long as the demiurge tyrant(s) reign over his/their little cosmos it will never be free Hail Thjazi!
"The first man who, having fenced in a piece of land, said "This is mine," and found people naive enough to believe him, that man was the true founder of civil society. From how many crimes, wars, and murders, from how many horrors and misfortunes might not any one have saved mankind, by pulling up the stakes, or filling up the ditch, and crying to his fellows: Beware of listening to this impostor; you are undone if you once forget that the fruits of the earth belong to us all, and the earth itself to nobody." -jean-jacques rousseau, theory of natural man, from the discourse on inequality
i still stand by what i said, except i don't think that at this point i do not believe that society should die.. unless it does very slowly for fear that humans would not know what to do without society
i was wondering why i bothered to read this whole thread, but then in the second to last post it suddenly became worthwhile because i just learned this awesome new insult.
lol. well as I said, keep in mind I wasn't totally serious with this post. Well, at least not the title, I was being dramatic with it for the sake of sake. I don't really think all humans should die.....however I still think a lot of them suck.
