Dude, there is no relation whatsoever in liking or not liking anal, and liking cunnilingus (eating pussy). Well I was actually thinking more about guys who think a womans pussy is dirty or smelly - or so they say. In which case why would they even go near the ass? In that case not liking oral implies not liking anal. But I completely agree with you that there will be those that do like oral but don't like or want anal, for whatever reason. So for those liking oral does not imply liking anal. But your point about how oral is giving pleasure makes me consider those guys who won't do oral because to them it is a submissive act (but they probably don't want to say that so they make up excuses like "it smells" or is dirty). However those same guys would probably consider anal a dominant activity where they can make the woman submit, so they are into it (and lets hope their partner is too). In that case not liking oral implies they will like anal, which of course rather blows away any lame-ass arguments about hygiene they made about oral (pun intended).
