We are in Iowa right now, twelve hours into our trip, so far all is well.

Man am I wore out, already.

I've just been playing catch up around here, had a busy weekend, trying to get things back in order. Just rearranged the kids' room toy-wise, now they're all excited with the change, toys they haven't seen in a while are now visible, so they shut me out of the room so they can play without mom hovering about. Seriously, the moment I walked out they shut the door at lightening speed and said "bye mom!" Like basically, get out, bye, bye, see you later, don't let the door hit you on the butt on your way out!

I really need to get to the store and pick up some things, but I don't want to. *whines*

My younger son has football conditioning later on for the first time. Man, I hope he has fun and doesn't get all nervous. Or is it really ME that's more nervous? *laughs*

My daughter is jealous because she doesn't start cheer practice until next week, so she's been sulking all morning. My oldest son is complaining about having to come along for all of the practices (he's not playing) but I don't exactly have any other options. So guess what, he's coming whether he likes it or not.

My little sister is in town and is supposed to drop by and visit for a while today. That will be fun!

Sooo...that's my day so far.

i am finally settled into my lovely new home in the middle of buttfuck nowhere...its quaint and quiet, hopefully I'll adjust, haha....

i am cleaning out my dads disgusting van because it is so dirty i can't even stand to be in it. then i'm going to my friends house for a while while she gets ready to go back to texas with her boyfriend for a couple of weeks.

then i'm going out with my nanny either today or tomorrow to get clothes for florida, since i wear long pants all year and i don't own any tank tops she doesn't want me to embarrass her infront of her brother and shit with my PA clothes. haha

 

i have it on my phone in the event that it goes out here, im pretty much covered in that department:cheers2:

i also have really strange neighbors who fight all the time so it keeps me amused

Today's been the best day ever, I got my essay and exam results back and I couldn't be happier with the grades I got. Feels like this giant weight has been lifted off my shoulders.. Tim's taking me out for dinner later on to celebrate. So yesh, today's a good day.

 

Weird, I thought you were going to the navy reserves... must of been that mental exam, for some it's the hardest part.

At that point yes, as time went by it wasn't so fun, heh. WE got through it though, and finally got to WA today.

That's so weird. Is that the first time she's been snippy with you? I;ve never seen here be that way to another chick. Maybe it's the stress of her moving, or maybe it's her period. I get psycho crazy for about two days a month, as I think everyone here has witnessed lol.
