anyone..? alot heavier then your average heavy metal.. these guys are considered death metal i think.. but i would classify them and psychedelic/techno/death metal. lol i saw these guys live and they fucking rocked so hard.. i met them out back too after the show, and they were like the nicest fuckin people lol kick ass there songs are really unique, and the instruments are just very extremely versatile.. so many different sounds these guys are one of my favs now.
yea... i guess ur right, not exactly death metal, more melodic i guess, but hey gimme a break i was fucked up outa my mind when i made this thread** ok well what would you classify them as? powermetal? they have ALOT of different kinds of music.. please ive been listening to morbid angel since like 1994..? ive heard enough of them lol, dont get me wrong, trey was one of my favorite players for a while
i'd say they are post metal. I love Between the buried and me. A lot better than Bury Your Dead. Especially their album Colors which has such beautiful songs like Ants of the sky and White walls. I like their in the anatomy of because they do a bucnh of covers from king crimson to queen. Good stuff.
yea, they also cover Soundgarden, metallica and pantera on that album, and the metallica and pantera covers are great.. i saw them play some of the songs from colors at a children of bodom show, and that was amazing.. thats what really sparked my interest in them.
i've been listening to them a lot more lately, I think my favorite song by them is Informal Gluttoney off Colors, trip and listen to that song, fucking wow is all I have to say.
