Soul is such a hard think to grasp so many definition and opinions what it is and if it does exist atoll, so any theory is probable and worth to take in for consideration no 1 is wrong and no 1 is right. U know its fun to read ppls opinions take them and rearrange them to make ur own personal view and belief on this so called soul. So heres my take on it, soul came first before the body before anything was here before the big bang It just appear out of nowhere it sound unnatural I know but before the big bang everything was minuscule so quantum physics played a big part even on cosmic scale. In quantum reality cause and effect are suspended things just happen spontaneously for no reason, particles of matter appear/disappear out of nowhere change direction of motion.... Natural magic dose exist sorta speak. Why did the soul came first well I think soul is like a blue print of the universe the BIOS of the system if u like conscious god that surrounds us from within and out. I guess when the soul manifested it soon became bored with its existents all knowing being because there was nothing ells so it created matter out of its own energy and thoughts it separated in to small dens balls of information like atoms. By doing so he reincarnated it to the universe and the start of time the big bang. By isolating it self in to different and separate mediums like galaxies planets human babies particles of matter... it developte multiple personalities and the boredom was no more, the spiritual growth can kick in. The double slit experiment > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wEzRdZGYNvA the wave function collapses because the electron becomes aware of observation It can distinguish between observation mechanisms that will detect it and those that will not before interacting with them. And the electron seems to know the intentions of the observer for example if the observer will not look at the result and know the electron state. The wave function will remain uncollapsed despite the physical fact of detection. For whatever reason the electron consciously chooses to collapse or not the wave function. Anyways this is based on absolutely nothing but when i was writing this i came across this word http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monad and its very interesting. This is a good read to > http://www.sciforums.com/showthread.php?t=54764
I never believed in souls until I started taking hallucinogens. However one theory I heard was that no-one is born with a soul. It was earned when your mind starts down your personal path of enlightenment.
What a tragedy it would be if only people who had incest were granted souls. You know they'd never even understand what happened either. It'd almost be for the best in a way.
"Soul" in my opinion is just a misinterpretation of the oneness that is existence. We are all a part of that which is, we simply partially disassociate ourselves with that oneness because of ego. Every living thing has the basic instinct of survival, we've simply taken it to a bit of an extreme and developed the ego from it. Hence the reason we think everyone has an individual "soul." Of course it's perspective oriented, but I feel that we're all part of a universal "soul" or consciousness of some sort that connects everything. We don't have to look far to get examples of this...look at our bodies, there's many "living cells" etc... that make up our existence, just as there's many "things" that make up the earth's existence (food chains, Teutonic plates, oceans etc...) now apply that to all existence. We are most connected with this eternal and omnipresent "soul" when we simply allow ourselves to "be," however we seem to have a nack for distorting our ability to connect with "it" mainly be means of material dependence and the un-necessitated concerns we spawn because of this. Everything in some way or another is a manifestation of this "soul" though, whether it be directly involved (a part) or a product. Just my "spin" on things of course....
Laura, I strongly suggest you read the book "The book on the taboo against knowing who you are" by alan watts.
Our souls always have, and always will exist. I'm too high to come up with a post on this subject. But, believe me, I have shit to say! Rain check!
i believe the soul is created first, and can be passed on as the human body passes on and no longer exists physically in the material world. So not all of the souls on this earth are new, although their physical bodies may be new. Although they are old souls, there are always new things to learn and to be and become, which is why old souls can exists in an ever-changing world. I think about this alot, and I've come to the conclusion my souls isn't new, but it isn't an old soul either. It's just kinda like, been around for a little. Seen things, been through things, but always something new to feel and experience.
seeing as how the soul is a higher vibration of energy, less dense than the physical body, it would seem that the soul would manifest first in creation the soul is eternal, but, having a different dad (or mum for that matter) would influence certain things due to their interaction/teachings
