Found a plant at work..

I've never thought of actually growing any myself, but at work today (I work on a berry farm) I found a plant in the field. My buddy and I were thinking about moving it to his backyard, but neither of us really have any idea what we're doing. Can anyone give me advise on a few things like where to put it, how often to water, how long it'll take till I can harvest, and anything else I should know. umm, thats not weed.. i mean, it is a weed, but its not marijuana..

if its any consolation there was a thread in stoners lounge a while back with someone else mistaking the same plant for weed as well.
