One thing that many Americans do not consider is the impending collapse of America's economy. It will happen, and soon. Robert Chapman of the International Forecaster predicts that if trends continue as they are, we could be in the midst of a severe depression by 2006.

The national debt is fast approaching $8.1 trillion, whereas the overall debt commitment is $82 trillion.

This is only going to worsen over the next four years with Nazi Bush in office. He is going to surely destroy this country in the next four years -- I can almost guarantee it. And I am definitely not alone in thinking this, either. I hate to be all gloom and doom, but it's a reality people need to begin to face.

Bush claims that he will cut the deficit in half. Of course the fool is lying to us, as this can only be done by:

    1) Pulling out of the costly, unjust, inhumane war in Iraq

    and

    2) Raising taxes

Of course he will do neither.

There was an article in the media about a week ago, saying that bin Laden's goal is to bankrupt America.

No, the elites want to bankrupt America (saying bin Laden's goal is to bankrupt us is all part of the conditioning process). And this is all part of the ever-increasing police state we are seeing in this country. It is all in preparation for the big collapse. When the economy collapses, people will begin to starve and revolt, and our fate will be in the hands of the federal government as Martial Law is declared.

It should be OBVIOUS to any informed individual that Bush and Co. are DELIBERATELY trying to destroy America's economy, which will only further their totalitarian agenda. After all, no matter how impoverished we are, the elites will always be at the top of the food chain and in full control.

On top of the war in Iraq, Bush has demonstrated his blatant lack of concern for America's economy with the progression of unconstitutional treaties like NAFTA and WTO, which have destroyed millions of jobs and have exported our manufacturing capabilities, and is in the process of destroying our professional and service industries as well.

Nothing has been done to stop this corruption.

On top of this, George Bush has left our borders wide open. I am all in favor of open immigration. But that is different from open borders. This country cannot continue to allow thousands of people into this country everyday, illegally, that cannot fend for themselves. People who come into this country illegally receive free medical treatment. Meanwhile, more and more working and middle-class Americans are losing their health insurance everyday, essentially making Americans themselves second-class citizens in their own country.

And of course the phony liberals will not say anything about this, because of course it's the "politically correct" thing to do, by flooding the country with illegal aliens and slowly destroying the economy. To go against this might appear “racist” or “intolerant” in the minds of these phony, PC dummies.

This erosion of our borders is only part of a bigger agenda, which is called the Pan-American Union. Yes, it is a plan to slowly but eventually merge the United States with Mexico. Of course this would have a catastrophic affect on the American people and would completely destroy our sovereignty by essentially eviscerating the Constitution completely. But the elites can only benefit from such a dramatic opening of economic trade barriers.

Meanwhile, 98% of Americans have no clue about this, as the media networks have not even touched this issue.

Though this may be unknown to a very large percentage of Americans, it isn’t to Bush and his neocon henchmen, Congress, our judiciary, Wall Street and big business. They all know exactly what is going on. So are they refusing to accept reality? Hell no, because this is planned to bring about the great leveling, second-world status for the US, where we are forced to accept world government. This is exactly what they want. This country isn’t even nearly prepared, and we are more polarized as a nation than we have ever been. Again, this is what the elitists want us to be. It allows a quicker acceptance of slavery.

Finally, since George W. Bush came to office, we have to receive $1.8 billion in loans a day from foreign countries. The dollar has fallen 20%. Taxes have fallen $100 billion, while federal spending has increased by $400 billion. Over the next 5-10 years, spending will rise to nearly $5 trillion.

It is a shame that we have a criminal Nazi like George W. Bush in office, that is allowing this to happen. It’s an even bigger shame that few Americans realize what is going on, let alone care. Of course they won’t care until it’s too late.

A person like George Bush, and everyone else playing into the elitist’s agenda, do not deserve to hold the high seats of power they hold. They deserve to be locked up in a jail cell and have the key thrown away.

so let's accept the world government, the open borders, the chaos that is coming. it would certainly be far more exciting and entertaining than this bullshit we have going on right now. But seriously, it's no good to preach the police state paranoia, because there's really no point. If it is true, we can't really change it. And if it isn't true, it's only creating a bunch of paranoid extremists. I'd rather just become a sheep, and accept whatever fate is in store for us. Brave New World wasn't that bad of a world, was it? At least they didn't know what unhappiness was.

PRESSED RAT, HOW LONG HAVE YOU WORKED FOR THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT?!?!????!!!!!!!!!??

Rat, do you still believe that there is no difference between Bush and Kerry, as you did months ago before the election?

Bush gave away the huge budget surplus left by Clinton, to the wealthy through his tax cuts -- a no brainer.

Most Repub's love having a huge budget deficit, as it prevents enacting any future social programs, and will most likely result in additionally cutting current programs (Head Start, after school programs, education and fed. funds for "no child left behind", health care....should I go on....).

I will enjoy watching the conservative right, rural America, the "have-nots" who voted for Bush, warmongers, Nascar dads and Security moms cannabalize each other over the next four years. Like the movie "Lord of the Flies" they are suspicous, conniving and brutal and will devour their own, in time....

Very interesting post, rat...thought provoking. I honestly never considered it from your perspective. We should not accept so easily that it is bin laden bankrupting us, he doesn't force us to make the decisions we make.

Let me ask you this, are you implying that you think bin laden is, and has been a tool for our administration to gain more control?

I think it is a definite possibility, and similar things have happened in the past...

Bin Laden has definantly been a tool for them to gain more control... Basicaly our own government is stabbing us in the back.... Of course for their global government, america must be stripped of any little bit of power we have left... Of course we will have no rights or freedom after this...

Of course, we could all make a diference if we stoped spending money. Rather, if we stoped using money. I say this because that is what drives anything and everything. Once people realize that money is a piece of paper things will get better. I mean, there are already so many peope that live happily and peacfuly knowing that money is not needed. If only that idea could get out to more people. I myself will do just fine if the economy colapses. Sure, I wont have internet, Tv, and eventualy electricity. However, my family and I have 1500 acres of land with 4 fresh water sources, lots of animals, and plenty of space to grow a few crops. Honestly, this country could use a depression. Would wake a few people up.

Bush is definatly bankrupting this country, just like he did his business ventures. However I can see a method to his madness: By doing this,he insures a steady supply of young people to fill the ranks of the military, thus not having to go to a draft, and still have the "muscle" to impliment his insane policies.Just a thought.........

I totally agree, people need to stop questing after money. The reason it even holds any value is because people want it. I mean, it is just pices of paper....

Although I am lucky enough to have plenty of land in the family as well, there are plenty of people with little more than an apartment in the city to their name. A depression would rock them hard, and they don't have much money in the first place.

But who knows, I have always had the position that money is probably going to be our downfall, and I would really love to get rid of the system. We work day in and day out to put our food and supplies under lock and key, locking it away from ourselves, then work to buy it back. It's really silly if you think about it. The books Ishmael and My Ishmael (by Daniel Quinn) has some good reading on the topic.

I definitely think that. Bin Laden is an asset to the American government. He was under Clinton as he is under Bush. The US had plenty of opportunities to capture bin Laden over the years, but never did.

In the summer of 2001, a French newspaper even reported that bin Laden was receiving treatment at a US Army hospital in Dubai, UAE, and that he even met with a US government agent while there. Of course the American media never reported this, though, as it would completely blow their cover.

Here is one of the articles regarding this story:

    http://www.guardian.co.uk/waronterror/story/0,1361,584444,00.html

For the US government, bin Laden serves as the perfect target of blame for so-called "terrorist attacks", such as on 9/11, which evidence shows was really a state-sponsored attack. Evidence clearly shows that we trained and funded the terrorists. So I am not saying that al Qaeda wasn't involved in the attacks, rather they acted in concert with the US government, all the while the bin Laden familiy was being rewarded millions upon millions of dollars from the Carlyle Group in construction contracts.

Well, I am going to have to disagree with you there. I think it's rather naive to say people don't need money. I am about as non-materialistic as they come. Most of my money goes toward living expenses. I am not an extravagant spender by any stretch of the imagination.

Of course it seems nice to adopt this patchouli-scented, day-glo ideology that we don't need money and can all just live off the fat of the land. Well, in reality, that's not the way it works. You need money to survive in America, simple as that.

You need to understand that if there was a depression, and everyone was without money, the government would take over and it could be a lot like Nazi Germany. I don't feel as though I am over-exaggerating by saying this, either.

Do you think that if there was a depression -- or rather a total economic collapse -- that you would still own your land? Highly unlikely. It would become owned by the government.

But, yes, money is nothing more than paper. And it has absolutely no backing whatsoever. American currency has essentially become fiat money. This is why anyone who has invested in gold coins is making a smart choice.

It's hard to say. I know Kerry wouldn't have been a whole heck of a lot better than Bush. But, we already know what Bush is capable of, as his past four years in office have shown us. So....

That's not even a fraction of it. Bush has not vetoed ONE single spending bill yet. The war in Iraq is also a major contributor, coupled with the outsourcing of American jobs. All are destroying this country.

Maybe so, but I think it has a much bigger affect on things other than government programs, most of which I think are bullshit and should be completely done away with anyway.

Still, you cannot even compare the economic incompetence of this administration to others. Bush has fucked us over more than any president in US history -- Democrat or Republican.

Yup -- it's only a matter of time before people drop their patriotic bullshit and realize what is really going on. Soon they will have no choice but to confront such a reality.

For once I agree with you bandit. 1500 acres, wow, must be nice. My family has a farm too, we'd get by. People who invest in land are the smartest. Clothes, SUVs, plastic surgery....what good will it do you in the long run? Fools.

It scares me that half of this Country believe this evil man. I don't understand how they can think like they do. Worry only about themselves and forget that theres a big fucking world around them. I live with a hardcore republican and I'm called "unamerican" just because I don't support Bush. I just laugh because he'll see the truth, and he won't know how to deal....

there isn't enough "fat of the land" to support everyone and be sustainable. i have a friend who thinks that we should all be hunter-gathers, i keep telling him this is no longer a sustainable option on a large scale.

personally i think we should go back to the barter system. real goods and services for real goods and services.

when the economy collapses i and my family are fucked. let's get drunk.

Well I voted for Bush because I felt he would do a better job than Kerry. Either way the world is going down hill no matter who is in office. I personaly welcome something that will rock this country. It may sound bad, but thin it out. Allow this country to see what America is supposed to be like.

Also, assuming that this country did fall into a depression, a serious one. It's true that the rich will still live comfortably for a while. However, it wouldnt ast long. Eventualy either they would run out of resources or the country would revolt and throw away the useles thing they call money.

As far as my land being taken away from me. I say bring it on. With 1500 acres I have plenty of defence positions. And well, with mountains all around me and the 3 houses on the property in the valley, I could pick off plenty as they come acros the creek. Seriously, if it came down to that, I will be fighting to the death for my family and friends that would be living there with me.

The national debt is predicted to reach $8.1 trillion by the end of the year (notice I said approaching). And yes, our overall debt commitment is $82 trillion.

Eliminating the federal reserve though would eliminate a rather large chunk of that debt.

Ok, Clinton did not leave us a huge surplus. He left us around 80 billion which considering our economy runs around about 3.5 trillion dollars a year is just a drop in the bucket
