I know it couldn't be an STD because I'm a virgin. But for probably around a month I've had what looks like a pimple on my nut... It doesn't hurt or anything but the doc always said feel yourself up for lumps. I don't think it could be cancer or anything like that since its external but that doesn't mean I want it there. Has anybody had this or know what it might be? I can't go to the doctor with it, no insurance, and I'm not paying hundreds of dollars for the doc to feel my balls and say there isn't anything wrong.

yea i have a small bump at the top of my nut, its a bubble so to speak in the tube where it connects to the teesticle, nothing very serious. but ive also had a pimple the size of a pencil eraser on my scrotum (nutsack). I popped it with a pin and squeezed the yellowish shit out, gross i know but...i hope one of these help you a little. Peace and Love
I'd get your hands on an essential oil called lemon balm. It's anti-viral and safe to use in that area.
Try a hot cloth in the shower,then squeeze it! Wash with antibacterial soap for a couple of dayz,Should be good to go.

You could use tea tree oil on it, and see if it goes away. It could be some sort of bacterial infection. Tea tree oil works on viruses, bacteria, fungus, pimples, razor burn... it's worth a shot. It'll probably just go away on its own, though.
