after being fat for a long time and needed new clothes and money wasn't too much of an object, where would you go shop, or what pieces would you buy?
I want to be a hottie again and I want to market my stuff to more boutiques, in person after we move.
little boutiques... Free People... lately I have liked a few things from American Apparel. And Nordstrom!
been doing leather and denim for 30 years--sorry i cant help--i did buy an angels filght suit once for my girlfriends prom---LOL
i'd like to imagine if i ever got overweight that i would continue to wear the same things i do now. in a way, that answers your question. b/c hypothetically i wouldn't change what i wear. i used to be overweight at one time and still wore the same types of things, just different sized. i am who i am, not what number is assigned to describe me.
Thank you! I totally forgot about them. I love how logn their pants are.How have you been gorgeous? are you still coming out this way? We won't know until about the 20th if we are going to get housing or not. I will PM you and let you know inc ase you guys can come to CA.
They have it really cheap at Loehmann's. I forgot, they have a Loehmann's in San Diego. I've been so shoppign deprived here. All they have is a Gap and Banana Republic,w hich I lvoe, but I also like mixing in a few funkier or asymentrical pieces as well.
i'm currently wearing my 8th grade basketball t-shirt. it is not the oldest piece of clothing i still wear. other than underwear, socks and a hoodie, i don't think i've actually bought any new clothing since high school.
I forgot abotu American Apparell too. thanks Zilla. i lvoe their little cotton skirts with the rough hem. I hope they still carry those. I had a a greay and a white one before I moved. I have been putting off buying clothes because I convinced myself I was going to make myself a whole new wardrobe out of all of these beautiful fabrics after I lost the weight. I bought some bamboo and cotton jersey and a lot of silk. But, i just don;t have time nor patience.
