    as long as i have a good friend to keep me ground i'm cool. If you let it do its thing it will pass. trying to control is like a chain reaction, leading you deeper and deeper. I've learnt alot from lucy. whether it ways a good or bad trip, i came out with a vaulable lesson to improve my life.

    @OP

    What is "Good" And "Bad" is nothing more than a personal opinion, lol. So I guess it's up to the tripper to judge how the experience was based upon what they felt and what happened. I've definitely had trips I would consider were for the most part "bad", yeah they might of had a splash of good in them that lasted for a few seconds, .. but then that got strucken away by a wave of "para-nnoying" I'd call it..

    But for your main point, yeah, some times Bad trips mess with people and when they come out of them they start believing in whatever negative mumbo jumbo their brains were able to fart out during the trip. Move on, let go of the fear.

    And not believing in bad trips is a good start, just looking at what it is your doing straight forward is the best bet. Your on a drug, that can induce panic and paranoia. Whatever it is, it'll pass. :)

    Haven't had a bad trip in years, ultimately I'd say it's all in ones head. So learn how to step out and stay focused.

    I had one bad trip on mushrooms (other shroom trips were all good) and I call it a bad trip as such, but I agree a bad trip is never useless indeed. Happily it wasn't lsd though and it became chill after an hour or four again. But I was really fucked, first hours were not pleasant in any way. It was an interesting journey for sure, but not fun until an hour after the climax.

    bad trips happen didnt believe in them cas i had more than a hundred b4 i ever had a bad one either--what do you call face to face with Satan--the real Satan--seconds away from maddness cas no one can be inn the presence of that true evil--if not a bad trip--i started praying and the real Devil turned into a cartoon devil--so i was saved after that i never tripped without a bottle of Jack---just in case-iff i felt a bad trip coming i killed it instantly with copious ammts of Jack and after u have a first one its easier to get em again----never kept me from tripping just made sure i had something to bring me down
