Saw Crosby, Stills and Nash yesterday, thought they were great, and Stephen Stills was really making that Strat sing

 

I've been watching some of this on TV. Metronomy were fucking awesome, and Bat for Lashes were also pretty good. Just watching The Boss now, contrary to my previous post I have to say, I wish I was there...

 

yeah looks rather like it has been a good year - ( from the headliners main acts etc) although there is always something good going on

 

i havent seen any of it. may try and catch some of the good bands online or something.

Glastonbury Schmastonbury. I went to the Crawley Folk Festival last weekend, beat that!

Just the fact that you can watch Glasto on TV shows it's lost its original spirit.

it's a small gig in a place called 'cockermouth' (yes it is a real place) in cumbria. i kinda wish i never mentioned it now. the only band i know playing are the hollaways but its a 3 day event, think mainly unheard of local bands but its got entertainment and food etc so it should be a laugh if nothing else.

No way...'The Shallow call' are headlining on the Friday! Go and watch them, I'm their photographer, I won't be able to attend though, I've got a festival in my home town that I've been asked to shoot as well, they're playing here on the Saturday.
