I've been reading a lot on Sappho the poet, and I am in love! I love her work, her life story, etc.
What do you all know about her? Opinions? fun facts?
I want to learn more, but there doesn't seem to be much information on her besides what little poetry of hers is left.
I can relate to her so well, looks wise and mind wise. I've read Sapphos leap and Sappho the Tenth Muse.

I like a lot of his work, I've even considered changing my name to Lenore Poe, but then again I'm named after someone who fucked Jimmy Hendrix so I like that... but then again, who didn't fuck Jimmy Hendrix? But I got the ring he gave her :)

Sappho was awesome, I love reading a lot of the fiction out there about her life, its a shame so much of her work was ultimately destroyed.
