most of the time it's decent...you talking from like skid row? its like $10 a balloon (o.1G) and its black tar.

 

a lot of the balloons are like tar/powder but a brown tar, i've almost seen like a red tint to some. usually go for $5 a balloon when you pick up in bundles, but average singles are $10 ea.

 

I ahte going down there to score. you cant find it by the gram or anything.

well.. i get 80s for 20-25 if i buy less than 3.. i never pay more than 30 for an 80 tho.. and dilaudid 8mgs are 4$.. hydromorph contin 24s for 10 $.. i say i get good deals.. but no dope
