I can deffinitly appreciate you would probably feel happier with the skinnier body...over your current, erm...yeah. Yeah, I rememeber that whole "fat" image you had. I felt very sorry for you. You probably need the middle ground, Micha. You look fairly happy in your thinner days...but perhaps that was a mask. Doing the same thing you did to achieve your skinny body...probably wouldn't be healthy...and ultimately not happy. I suspect you probably drink a little too much? If so, chill on that for a bit. Personally, i'd remove the term "toned" from my vocab'. It sounds like hard work.
my calf muscles are ginormous.. only part of my body which has like no fat at all... the nalgene is there to give you an idea of size
no.. i'm just on my feet a majority of my life... i'm a cook.. so im always standing and running around.. i hike... fish.. all things i do while standing.. plus being overweight makes those muscles develope rather large to support the weight
that whole starvation thing was a phase.. sophomore year blah blah in my senior year when i was dating that douchebag and lost a lot of weight, i wasn't doing anything to lose weight, it was just sadness..hahh... i did like the way i looked though. i dont wanna have to be fucked over by a guy to have that this time tho and what do you mean my current erm yeah i dont drink THAT much really..why do you say that i like toned..it sounds like sexy..

personally its not an image problem for me (i really dont care what other people think, but i do feel sexier when im thinner) its a health problem. im about 5'4" and around 130 lbs, but im not healthy, and im on these fucked up medications for my thyroid. i just want to be healthy! I have started trying to make my own foods from scratch. im attempting a watemelon sorbet/ frozen brick at the moment and i make a killer loaf of french bread. youd be amazed what a workout it is to knead by hand, and you can add herbs or spices etc. i love bread, earn the carbs! lol. my parents raised me with no fear in the kitchen. for dinner, a formula 1M+1S+2V= Balanced dinner, a meat (or protein if you dont do meat) a starch and two veggies. and i dance in the kitchen, try doing squats while doing dishes. i lucked out by getting saddlebags instead of thundrerthighs. the downside (besides feeling your fat try to rip away from bones while running) is that my hips are shaped weird. like, there is no fat on my hips, only in the surrounding areas. maybe i'll put up a picture later, but my stretch marks could hurt somebody.
listen and listen gud: 1. you can't lose fat in one specific place, can only drop fat overall. do this with cardio AND resistance training (weights). circuits and HIIT are shown to work best. 2. if you don't eat enough calories to account for you increased activity then expect your metabolism to drop and the fat/weight to stay or even increase, assuming you're of normal health/hormones/functioning in general. a checkup and blood work could help you figure out where you are if you're unsure. 3. since you say you love to eat, try assessing what types of foods you're eating and substitute less healthy for more healthy. remember no food is bad, your body doesn't see one food as specifically different than another, everything is broken down in terms of what the body needs and can use. enjoy snacks and treat yourself, don't deprive, don't restrict. it can go downhill before you know it. good luck and best wishes eace:
